Member Capability Executive Officer
The Member Capability Executive Officer supports learning and development and accreditation programmes for Parole Board members, helping them become effective chairs and progress through their training. You will help organise induction events, maintain training records, and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure members receive the support they need. The role involves managing data, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to long-term capability strategies. You will work within the Parole Board's Capability Hub to foster a continuous learning culture.

- Experience of delivering and/or support training
- Demonstrative experience of events management
- People skills and experience of relationship building
- Experience of supporting organisational capability
- Good understanding of excel, data gathering and reporting
