Diary Manager
As a diary manager at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, you will work directly with ministers and senior officials to manage their time strategically and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling conflicting meeting requests, organising daily briefings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. You will also build strong relationships with other private secretaries and policy colleagues across the department to commission advice and support smooth office operations. This role is essential for maintaining the high-pressure environment of private offices in the heart of government.
