National Sector Development Manager
This national role involves leading engagement with employers and sector bodies across England and Wales to create life-changing opportunities for people in prison and on release. You will build and manage a portfolio of employers, developing strong partnerships that translate into meaningful employment pathways and address workforce challenges. Working closely with senior business leaders, prisons, and probation colleagues, you will help employers access talent while reducing reoffending. You will also represent the team externally, attending networking events and using your influencing skills to generate new opportunities.
