PEP Community Payback Co-ordinator - National
You will establish and maintain working relationships with local authorities, charities, and other stakeholders to secure sufficient Community Payback work placements. Your day-to-day work involves exploring opportunities for people on probation to access on-the-job training and education to build skills and improve employment prospects while completing unpaid work hours. You will work closely with Community Payback managers, supervisors, and voluntary or statutory organizations to ensure placements meet policy objectives and relevant legislation. Additionally, you may need to work weekends to cover supervisors or visit project sites.
Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
