Navy Command - Appraisals Manager
You will lead and manage the Appraisals Office at Navy Command, directing daily operations and ensuring the timely processing and quality assurance of appraisal reports for Royal Navy and Royal Marines personnel. Working closely with reporting officers, unit administrators, and service personnel, you will act as the primary subject matter expert on naval appraisal policy and procedures. Your responsibilities include delivering training workshops across ships and shore establishments, managing civilian team staff, and driving continuous improvement in local processes. This role is essential for supporting career management, promotion, and operational readiness across the Naval Service.
