Navy Command, Strategy and Governance Assistant Head
You will lead and direct the Strategy and Governance department at Her Majesty's Naval Base Clyde, providing strategic direction and specialist professional support across business functions. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop business plans, manage risk frameworks, and oversee reporting demands and customer feedback processes. This role ensures the continuous at-sea deterrent and supports the UK submarine fleet by maintaining robust governance and operational arrangements. You will help shape the strategic heartbeat of the base, driving high-quality outputs for Navy Command and the Ministry of Defence Board of Directors.
