Navy Command - Contract Transition & Transformation Manager
This role involves supporting the delivery of the Future Maritime Support Programme contract at Devonport Naval Base by monitoring performance and transition activities. The postholder will manage contractual changes, oversee service delivery standards, and work closely with industry partners to ensure safe and compliant operations. Working alongside the contract manager and intelligent customer networks, the successful candidate will help drive continuous improvement across naval base services. The position is based at Her Majesty's Naval Base Devonport and supports critical defence operational priorities.
