As an Operational Delivery Fast Streamer, you will lead teams, monitor performance, and improve vital public services across various government departments. You will work in frontline environments such as tax and border control, courts, and job centres, turning government policies into real-world improvements for citizens. You will collaborate with colleagues across the largest professional community in the Civil Service to deliver effective public services while developing your leadership skills. Throughout the scheme, you will gain hands-on experience and complete an accredited qualification to prepare you for a leadership career.

Qualifications
- 2:2 or higher in any degree subject including degree apprenticeships

Selection process
The selection process includes online work-based scenarios and case study assessments, followed by a virtual Fast Stream Assessment Centre and a Final Selection Board.
