Payroll Operations Manager
The Payroll Operations Manager oversees day-to-day payroll activities, pension systems, and employee lifecycle administration to ensure accurate and timely compensation. This role involves leading a team, managing relationships with external payroll providers and finance colleagues, and driving continuous improvement projects. The post holder also provides expert advice on pay matters to senior management and ensures compliance with statutory regulations. Working within a regulatory agency, the successful candidate plays a key part in modernising and streamlining reward processes.
