Quantity Surveyor - South Operations
You will lead cost management activities for the Defence Housing Service, managing project budgets and delivering accommodation projects across the family accommodation estate. You will provide expert commercial advice, manage contractor proposals and valuations, and ensure projects offer value for money from public funds. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will oversee cost baselines and support investment decisions throughout the project lifecycle. This role helps modernise and improve living spaces for Armed Forces personnel and their families.

- Experience in contract and supplier management
- Ability to manage complex or multi-site projects
- Experience using industry-recognised frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant building qualification
- Quantity Surveyor qualification
