People Impacts and Delivery Lead
The People Impacts and Delivery Lead role sits within a small core team responsible for guiding the human resources and staff transition elements of a major multi-departmental transformation programme. The postholder will act as a specialist point of reference for staff transfers under TUPE and COSoP, ensuring processes are managed sensitively and in line with best practice across seven government departments. Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with departmental human resources and employee relations leads, supporting readiness for change, managing transition workplans, and preparing papers for senior governance forums. The successful candidate will help onboard departments to new HR and finance cloud technology while building strong cross-departmental relationships and sharing wider human resources expertise.

Qualifications
