People Operations Lead
You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to modernise and continuously improve core human resources services within the Food Standards Agency. Working with senior leaders and partners across the organisation, you will turn insight into action, establish clear service standards, and manage operational risks. You will also help shape our Workday roadmap and drive the responsible adoption of automation and other people technologies to improve data quality and system integration. This role is essential for delivering a professional, high-quality experience for colleagues, managers, and candidates throughout the employee lifecycle.

- Applying HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Working with Workday or a comparable HR Information System
Qualifications
- Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD)
- CIPD Associate Diploma level 5 Qualified

Selection process
