You will lead the day-to-day monitoring of operational performance for the Dartford Crossing and Lower Thames Crossing, ensuring the private sector organisation delivers on its statutory obligations. This involves producing robust performance reports, shaping monitoring requirements, and working with the engineering and economics teams. You will help hold the operator to account for asset management, environmental impact, and network delay outcomes for road users. The role is part of the Office of Rail and Road's Highways Team, providing independent advice to government.
