PoliceAI: Programme Manager Internal & Strategic
The Programme Manager for Internal and Strategic Projects plays a critical role in strengthening delivery capability for a nationally significant artificial intelligence technology and transformation programme in policing. The postholder develops and embeds portfolio management frameworks, governance arrangements, and reporting processes to support effective decision-making and long-term strategic success. They work closely with senior leaders, governance boards, and multidisciplinary project teams to assess new opportunities, oversee internal programmes, and manage cross-cutting risks. Ultimately, the role helps shape how policing uses data, technology, and artificial intelligence to tackle crime and modernise frontline operations.
