PoliceAI - User Centred Design Lead
The User Centred Design Lead shapes artificial intelligence-enabled products that support operational policing by grounding solutions in real user needs and evidence. Working within multidisciplinary teams, this role leads the research, design, and testing of products from discovery through to delivery. The postholder collaborates with product, engineering, data science, and operational colleagues to create safe and accessible services that improve outcomes for policing professionals. Additionally, the role involves coaching and developing others to champion evidence-led and iterative design practices across teams.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss, and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on 27th and 28th October and will include a 10-minute presentation.
