Prison Catering: Caterer - HMP Leicester
You will work in a professional industrial kitchen preparing and cooking nutritious meals while overseeing the work of prisoners. Your role involves helping offenders learn new vocational skills to support their rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. You will work within a prison catering team on a 37-hour week shift pattern including weekends and public holidays. This is a hands-on catering position that makes a direct, positive impact on individuals and the wider community.

Qualifications
- Level 2 certificate in Food Production within Hospitality and Catering or equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
- Vocational Qualification at Level 3 or willingness to work towards it
