Prison Catering: Caterer - HMP Risley
You will work in a professional industrial kitchen to prepare and cook nutritious meals for prisoners alongside the catering team. Your role involves overseeing the work of offenders, helping them gain valuable skills and qualifications to support their rehabilitation. You will work on a shift pattern that includes weekends and public holidays, but avoids late evening hours. This position offers a unique opportunity to use your catering expertise while making a positive impact on reducing reoffending.

Qualifications
- Level 2 certificate in Food Production within Hospitality and Catering or equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
- Vocational Qualification at Level 3 or willingness to work towards this
