Prison Catering: Caterer/Kitchen Supervisor Catering - HMP Aylesbury
You will work as a caterer and kitchen supervisor in a professional industrial kitchen within a prison environment. Your day involves overseeing the work of offenders to prepare and cook quality, nutritional meals for the entire prison. You will also support offenders to learn new skills and gain qualifications to increase their employment chances upon release. You will work a 37-hour week on shift patterns that include hours outside standard times, weekends, and public holidays.

- Familiar with kitchen health, safety and hygiene regulations
- Able to demonstrate competency in an industrial kitchen
- Able to demonstrate team leadership experience
- Able to speak with confidence in English
Qualifications
- Level 2 certificate in Food Production within Hospitality and Catering
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3
- City and Guilds 7061/7062 or NVQ Level 3 in catering

Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work or settled status.
