Prison Officer - HMP Frankland
Prison officers protect the public and help make a positive impact on prisoners' lives in a fast-paced and unique environment. Officers work directly with offenders in a variety of daily roles acting as peacekeepers, counsellors, and teachers while building constructive professional relationships. Teamwork plays a vital role in supporting colleagues to keep the prison and everyone inside safe. Officers must work various shifts and weekends to maintain security across a 24-hour operation.
