Private Secretary to Directors of Strategy
The Private Secretary to the Directors of Strategy plays a central role in supporting the Directorate's leadership, helping to manage priorities, coordinate key corporate activity, and ensure the smooth running of the Directors' office. You will work closely with colleagues across the Strategy and Delivery Directorates and wider Department for Education, gaining insight into key departmental priorities while building strong relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders. Day to day, you will provide proactive diary and meeting support, design agendas, prepare briefing papers, draft communications, and plan priority projects. This is a job-share role designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses initiative to drive continuous improvement.
