Probation Learning Manager- Kent, Surrey and Sussex
The post holder manages learning and development activities and probation qualifications at a regional level within the National Probation Service. They lead a geographically dispersed team of practice tutor assessors, monitor learner progression, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to national learning priorities, mentoring staff, and deputising for the regional learning lead when required.
