Probation Officer - HMP Stocken
This role involves assessing and managing the risk posed by people on probation to protect victims of crime and the general public. Post holders undertake offender management tasks such as assessments, sentence implementation, court reports, and supervision of community orders and licences. They work closely with courts, prisons, partner agencies, and colleagues to reduce reoffending and support safeguarding duties. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate records, delivering accredited programmes, and conducting tests while adhering to professional policies.
