Probation Service Officer - West Midlands Pre-Release Team - Birmingham
The job holder undertakes the full range of work with people on probation before and after sentence, including assessment, sentence implementation, and offender management. You will manage a caseload of medium and lower risk individuals, providing practical advice on housing and employment, listening and empathising, and producing clear reports. The role works closely with courts, prisons, and other justice system agencies to help protect the public and support rehabilitation.
