Probation Services Officer - North Essex - East of England
The Probation Services Officer manages a caseload of medium and lower risk individuals before and after sentence to help keep the public safe and reduce reoffending. Day to day, the role involves conducting risk assessments, implementing sentences, producing accurate reports, and providing practical and emotional support. The job holder works closely with courts, prisons, and other justice agencies within a supportive team environment.
