Property Fast Stream 2027
You will join the Property Fast Stream to help build a modern, sustainable public estate across the UK. Working with teams of experts, you will develop strategies, plan and deliver projects, and gain experience in valuing, acquiring, and managing government buildings. You will also be supported on your journey to professional accreditation with bodies such as RICS or CIOB. This programme provides a foundation for leadership and a varied career in government property.

- Eligible to work in the UK
- Have or be on track for a 2:2 or higher in any degree
- Degree apprenticeships accepted
- Existing civil servants can apply without a degree

- 2:2 or higher in any degree subject
