You will work in the Civil Service Strategy Unit to shape and drive public policy that reforms Arm's-Length Bodies across government. Your day-to-day work involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research, drafting briefing papers, and responding quickly to enquiries from parliamentarians and the public. You will also manage project risks, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and support policy and strategy advisors to deliver strategic change. This is a dynamic, delivery-focused role where you help ensure public services are efficient, resilient, and aligned with government goals.
