Public & Personal Safety Training Officer
This role involves delivering and managing public and personal safety training courses for front-line enforcement staff within the Immigration Enforcement Operational Training Academy. Postholders will design training programmes, assess developing trainers, complete continuous professional development, and undertake occasional operational visits. You will work closely with the Senior Management Team, internal colleagues, external law enforcement partners, and stakeholders across borders and enforcement agencies. Travel is required to deliver training nationally, which includes staying overnight in hotels.

- Must be PPST Level 3 trained and in ticket
- Excellent leadership and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of providing learning and development solutions
- Proven track record for developing self and others
Qualifications
- Full UK valid manual driving licence
- Accredited Personal Safety Trainer aligned to College of Policing
- Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training
