Risk Business Partner
You will act as a Risk Business Partner within the Second Line Risk and Resilience team to help shape better decisions and strengthen risk management across HM Land Registry. Working closely with Directors and senior leadership teams, you will provide independent advice, challenge existing thinking, and help colleagues understand the balance between risk and opportunity. Your day involves turning complex information from risk assessments, performance data, and Key Risk Indicators into clear, actionable insight for senior governance forums. You will also champion a positive risk culture by coaching colleagues and collaborating across the organisation and the wider Government Risk Profession.

Qualifications
- Institute of Risk Management qualification or equivalent experience
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU, and Turkish nationals with the relevant right to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
The sift will take place shortly after the closing date of 16th October. Successful candidates will be invited to a blended interview involving a presentation.
