Human Resources Business Partner
This role involves partnering with senior leaders in HM Prisons and Probation to align people and business priorities in a complex environment. You will provide strategic HR input, support change management, and help leaders drive initiatives around resourcing, attendance, performance, and employee engagement. Working alongside various teams, you will facilitate access to central HR services and champion inclusion and well-being. The position requires regular travel to prison and probation sites across the London region.

Qualifications
- Chartered MCIPD or equivalent HR qualification
