This role involves embedding Secure by Design principles across the Home Office to increase cyber security maturity and culture. You will work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure security risks are identified early and properly managed through government gate review lifecycles. The position sits within an expert team of cyber professionals focused on reducing exposure to cyber attacks across new and existing digital systems. You will promote standardised tools, templates, and guidance to help teams consistently apply security requirements.

Selection process

The sift will commence from 19/10/2026 and interviews are expected from 02/11/2026. Interviews will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
