Senior Delivery Manager
The Senior Delivery Manager leads the next stage of the Occupancy Programme within the Government Property Agency to capture and provide data on building usage across government estates. The role involves managing internal and external teams using Agile and Waterfall techniques to drive delivery, translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, and transforming raw data into measurable insights. The postholder works closely with commercial, finance, and procurement teams, as well as building managers and suppliers, to ensure value for money and maintain delivery momentum.
