Senior Efficacy Assessor
This role involves scientifically assessing target animal safety and efficacy data for pharmaceutical veterinary medicinal products in line with regulatory timelines. The postholder will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate regulatory recommendations, prepare assessment reports, and provide expert technical advice to stakeholders and international committees. Working within the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, the successful candidate will also contribute to regulatory science strategies and support the development of junior colleagues.

- Ability to manage a team of professionals successfully
- Experience in regulatory authorisation systems for medicines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Qualifications
- Degree in veterinary medicine
- Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU, EEA, Swiss, and Turkish nationals with relevant work rights or EUSS status.
