Senior Engineering Manager (AI)
You will introduce artificial intelligence into key areas of Secret Intelligence Service operations by shaping how the organisation adopts, develops, and governs next-generation engineering practices. Working closely with product and delivery leaders, you will lead engineering teams, support talent growth, and evaluate emerging technologies for sensitive environments. You will advise senior stakeholders on what artificial intelligence can realistically achieve, defining engineering strategy and strengthening delivery mechanisms.
