Distinguished Engineer- (Head of Service Reliability Engineering)
This role shapes reliability engineering across one of the UK's largest digital estates within HM Revenue and Customs. As the Head of Service Reliability Engineering, you will lead an independent capability focused on making reliability, operability, and observability integral to engineering. You will coach and enable product and platform teams to meet enterprise reliability standards using objective practices. The position provides strategic leadership and technical authority to ensure services are resilient, secure, and built for scale.
