Senior Finance Business Partner
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide strategic financial advice, insight, and constructive challenge to senior leaders and budget holders at the Security Industry Authority. You will oversee a portfolio of more than 50 million pounds in resource expenditure and 7 million pounds in capital, managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance while supporting the implementation of Martyn's Law. Working closely with directors and the executive team, you will help the organisation achieve cost recovery and strengthen financial management controls. Additionally, you will lead the production of management accounts, line manage a finance colleague, and deliver training on financial best practice.

- CCAB or CIMA qualified, or equivalent relevant professional qualification
- Strong financial and commercial expertise including budget management and value for money
- Experience providing strategic financial advice and supporting senior level decisions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to work independently

Selection process
Sift will take place from 19th October. Interviews will be held during week commencing 2nd November in person at the London office.
