Senior Manager - CAL and Commercial Disposals
You will work in the Contingent Assets & Liabilities and Commercial Disposals team at Homes England, providing technical advice and delivering land disposal projects. Your day will involve managing contingent assets, reviewing legacy assets, and handling technical matters such as infrastructure, utilities, and highways. You will draft technical tenders, manage construction and demolition contracts, and work closely with internal teams, senior management, and external partners. The role helps de-risk sites and secure cost-effective exits from historic liabilities to benefit the agency financially and reputationally.
