Business Change Manager
The business change manager prepares the organisation for the impact of major change by bridging key programmes of work and the business. They provide leadership, coordination, and expertise to help staff understand, prepare for, adopt, and embed change across a complex portfolio. The role involves working closely with project managers, communications teams, and senior stakeholders to track readiness criteria and realise business case benefits. Additionally, they champion best practice business change tools and establish clear change plans to ensure smooth implementation.
What they're looking for
- Relevant project management qualification such as APM, Prince 2, or Agile
- Experience of leading business change from design to implementation
- Ability to assess the impact of change on people, processes, and technology
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills with senior leaders

Selection process
Interviews are expected to be held week commencing 9th November 2026 using a remote MS Teams format.
