Senior Manager - HR Strategic Projects
The Senior Manager for Strategic Projects designs and delivers organisation-wide people and culture initiatives to support workforce strategy and strengthen performance. This role involves working with the HR Senior Leadership Team and senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into inclusive, evidence-based programmes. The person manages a small team and collaborates across cross-functional environments to handle governance, resources, risks, and delivery plans.
