You will manage a portfolio of complex loan partnerships with private sector funders to help accelerate housing delivery across England. You will collaborate closely with lending partners, senior leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective management of diverse loan facilities. Your day-to-day work involves balancing commercial objectives with risk management while identifying and resolving emerging issues. Ultimately, you will combine portfolio management with the design and delivery of debt funding solutions for strategically important housing projects.
