Senior Manager - Thames Basin Heaths
You will lead the Thames Basin Heaths Partnership project team, managing permanent and seasonal wardens to protect vulnerable heathland from recreational pressures. Day-to-day duties include engaging with local stakeholders, organizing community events like Heath Week, overseeing health and safety compliance, and managing staff performance and procurement. You will work closely with landowners, local authorities, and conservation organizations to balance public access with environmental protection. This role is based in Woking and sits within the Thames Solent Area Team.
