Senior Manager - Transaction Execution
This role manages complex real estate development loan transactions from credit approval through to completion and handover to portfolio management. You will work closely with borrowers, legal advisors, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders to drive financing projects efficiently and commercially. The position involves negotiating loan and intercreditor agreements while helping shape delivery processes and due diligence. You will be part of a national organization focused on delivering housing supply and market reform through various investment interventions.
