Senior Ministerial Delivery Adviser
This is a senior advisory role working at the heart of the Department for Education to shape and drive delivery priorities within Children’s Social Care. The successful candidate will act as a close adviser to the Minister for Children and Families, providing independent challenge and scrutiny on policy and delivery questions. Working closely with senior officials, private office teams, and the central Delivery Unit, the role involves translating ministerial ambitions into clear plans, tracking progress rigorously, and solving problems. Ultimately, the postholder will help drive tangible improvements and outcomes for children and families across the country.

- Excellent judgement, political awareness and credibility with senior leaders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication for presenting complex material

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the relevant right to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
