The Secretary of State's Delivery Unit provides ministers with an independent view of progress on key priorities and helps troubleshoot challenges. Successful candidates will assess priority programmes against metrics, conduct fieldwork and analysis, and provide advice to ministers and senior officials. They will work closely with teams across the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and build a strong network of stakeholders across government. The roles involve helping drive real-world delivery and impact on the ground for the public.
