Senior Operational Lead - National Security Division - East and South Central Unit
The Senior Operational Lead provides operational leadership and management within a regional National Security Unit, overseeing high-threat and high-harm probation cases. The job holder manages a geographically dispersed team of operational and administrative staff to deliver enhanced sentence management for terrorist and serious organised crime offenders. They work closely with internal departments, law enforcement partners, and multi-agency forums while handling significant ministerial and media scrutiny. The role requires ensuring high standards of risk management, quality assuring assessments, and representing the division at national meetings.

Qualifications
- Probation Qualification Framework Graduate Diploma/Honours Degree
