Senior Probation Officer - East Berkshire
This is a management role within the National Probation Service, supporting the Head of Operational Function to provide leadership within a Local Delivery Unit or operational unit. The job holder manages and leads staff to the required standard, ensures team performance improvement within policy and national standards, and deploys resources cost-effectively. They also contribute directly to public protection through multi-agency arrangements and casework review, while managing financial resources and working with key partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Probation Qualification Framework Graduate Diploma / Honours Degree in Community Justice
- Integrated with Level 5 Diploma in Probation Practice
- Qualification recognised by the Secretary of State for Justice
