Senior Probation Officer - West Berkshire
The Senior Probation Officer manages and leads staff within a local operational area to ensure high standards of practice and team performance. This management role involves supporting offender managers, monitoring risk and public protection standards, and managing financial resources effectively. The post holder works closely with partners and key stakeholders to deliver organizational aims and contribute to corporate management.
Qualifications
- Probation Qualification Framework Graduate Diploma / Honours Degree
- Level 5 Diploma in Probation Practice
- Recognised qualification per Section 10 of Offender Management Act 2007
