Senior Programme Manager
This senior programme manager role leads the governance and delivery of the Service Centre expansion project across probation services. The postholder oversees progress reporting, risk management, and decision-making for the expansion of the Norwich Service Centre into new regions. Working with senior stakeholders including Regional Probation Directors, Area Executive Directors, and Ministers, the role shapes and delivers significant organizational change. The position is part of the Our Future Probation Service Programme.
