Senior Project Manager
This senior project manager role sits within the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, helping to deliver modernisation, transformation, and service improvement initiatives. You will work closely with operational teams, digital colleagues, and other partners to design and deliver evidence-based change projects that improve outcomes for victims of violent crime. Your day-to-day work involves managing projects, drafting business cases, tracking milestones, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. You will also lead change management activities, monitor project risks and benefits, and coach project team members.
