Senior Service Designer
You will design, improve and transform complex end-to-end digital services for elections within the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs, test design ideas and ensure services are accessible and inclusive for millions of citizens. Your role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and helping teams make informed design decisions. You will also contribute to service design standards and capability development across the organization.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA and Turkish nationals with relevant right to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
Sifting is envisaged to take place the week commencing 19th October 2026. Interviews will take place shortly after via videocall.
