Senior Software Developer, HEO, Perm, Liverpool, Newport
You will develop software to meet user needs following best practice guidelines while helping to improve those guidelines within a technical team. Your responsibilities include writing clean, secure and well-tested code using agile or waterfall frameworks and maintaining Charity Commission systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, coach junior colleagues, and collaborate as part of a digital directorate. The role ensures services are available with minimal downtime while meeting government service standards and technology codes of practice.

- Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting complex deployment issues
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for build and release management
- Demonstrated experience in Java and Java Spring application development
- Practical experience with Docker for containerization and orchestration
Qualifications
- BSc or BEng in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Java, Net, C#, C+
